The patient at first complained of severe neck pain, dizziness and headaches. After physical examinations, the diagnosis was determined as loss of cervical lordosis which also had caused narrowing of intervertebral space by affecting the intervertebral disk and giving neurological symptoms such as dizziness and headache.
The X-ray showed moderate thoracic-lumbar scoliosis with a deviation angle of 45 ° in the thoracic part and 35 ° in the lumbar part of the spine. Muscular measurements with scoliometer determined muscular imbalance of 11 ° in the thoracic part and 5 ° in the lumbar part. In the lateral plane, patient was also diagnosed with loss of cervical lordosis, loss of thoracic kyphosis, scapular imbalance and pelvic imbalance.
